Big Cat Rescue
Big Cat Rescue is a wonderful organization. They rescue big cats and rare cross breeds from people who thought they could raise or breed big cats, but couldn’t manage. They have all kinds of cats including: savannahs, lions, tigers and panthers. They also rescue from zoo’s and cat breeders.
At present, it is popular among the rich to buy servals and other rare big cats as pets. Unfortunately, many of these people do not realize the time, effort, and extensive attention required to own a big cat, and they end up not knowing what to do with them. This is why it is so important to make donations to Big Cat Rescue, to provide these beautiful animals with a safe and well cared for rest of their lives.

BCR is awesome!!! We live very close to BCR and me and my fiancé go there all the time! They take such wonderful care of the cats and have such wonderful policies regarding exotic animals. If you ever come down to Florida please let me know and we would love to show you the place. I know someone that works there so we can go on the ultra-cool back lot tour. You would absolutely love it!!!
Awesome, awesome, awesome!! I have a huge passion for this. I am still thrown as to why people think they need an animal that most would consider “wild” in their home. It is a shame and certainly not the fault of the suffering animal. TY
