Resolution and Good NEWS!!!
Hi all,
Phew! I just wanted to let everybody know that The head of Tunecore got in touch with me and they are working now to find out what happened. They have been very responsive polite and helpful. I am confident now that this will all get worked out!!

In handling this all myself and being new to all of it,it has been a pretty crazy learning curve. I was SO stressed out when I read all these posts online that people were reporting major problems with tunecore and there are reports of people being scammed.
So far they’ve been great with me though and I want to make sure that everybody knows that> I don’t want to make the company look bad as they have been really great in helping me to resolve the issues.
I’ve been ripped off pretty badly in the past by shady business people, I’ve had identity theft to the tune of tens of thousands so I am hyper aware of scammers.
Anyway, thank you ALL for writing in, it is really appreciated.
so that’s enough of that for now eh!?
NOw for some very exciting good news!
A wonderful photographer and very interesting and cool man by the name of Kyle Cassidy Wants to do a Book of photographs of me!! hah! YAY! very cool me thinks. He has made several books in the past including “Who killed Amanda Palmer” and Is such a talented man. I am very excited about the prospects of this book.
In discussing ideas for the book I came up with the idea of putting in bits of my writing, poetry and short stories e.t.c..I am thrilled about this and I think it could be really really great. I am also going to be doing a photoshoot with Lena Hertzog, The wonderful brilliant wife of Werner Hertzog whom I had the honor of working with a couple years ago. Maybe just maybe I can Get her to consider being a part of the book. She is Such a talented photographer. If you get the chance go have a look at her work online. I think her website is lenahertzog.com . So great things are in the offing!!! I am planning to shoot a video In mid february for my single “Stormwinds” . I think it’s going to be a great and beautiful little piece of visual art.
I am so Passionate about music, The entire process is thrilling to me and satisfying on a very deep level. I cannot wait to put visuals to the sounds!!! You know, I think some artists are really missing out when they just hand their work over to other people. Many musicians I have recently found out do not have much to do with the process of the video making. Their label hires the latest greatest video director and the artist just shows up. I think that music videos are a great medium which Is really starting to be explored in wonderful new ways. I Love videos where the band or the performer isn’t actually shown but rather the video is a piece of art itself. Whether it is actually telling a story or simply has wonderful visuals, I find It adds so much more to the music than just watching the musician sing or do a choreographed dance. A nice balance between the two can also be great.
You must understand that this is all so new and fascinating for me because you see in films I come to work and I do my job there but after that everything else is in the hands of others. I do not have a say in the set design or the visual appearance of the film, that is the director and art department’s job. With this I get to be a part of the creative process through the whole thing from the night I sit down and write the song, to the recording process to the video!!!!! Its AWESOME!!!!!!! I AM LOVING IT!!!! I will be back in the studio very soon to begin releasing new songs.
Also I wanted to mention That I find It so interesting when folks write In and they seem so touched and sometimes amazed that I actually communicate and ENJOY communicating with my fans. They tell me that most other actors NEVEr do that and That it is rare. Why would I NOT want to communicate with you!!??? You are the ones I am doing this for!!! I am an entertainer!!, whether that be thru music, dance, art, or film!! I Have been so blown away by how kind and cool people have been since I started with this site and on twitter. There is the odd weirdo or rude scumbag of course but they are the exception.
I love my fans and I consider it a great blessing to be able to communicate back and forth. Well…. with that I now go off to bed (hopefully i can sleep ) and may you all be blessed with sweet dreams

I enjoy reading your entries here, on Twitter and Facebook! It is so awesome that you do actually respond to your fans and interact with each one if you have time. Believe it or not, there are celebrities out there that could give two shits about a fan and it is so much easier to have a computer scribble out a cookie cutter autograph and a secretaries “thank you” note attached. I have met a few famous people in person that looked at me like they would rather eat nails than stop and just say “hello, thanks for the support, thanks for being a fan.” Not to name drop but, this celeb has her own talk show and is well known on the runway of fashion…we will call her… Byra Tanks , for lack of subtleties,lol. But, I met Reba in Nashville and she was very nice. Anyways…losing my point here…lol. YOU not only respond to your fans, you even go as far as to give an address for them to stay in touch as well as share your daily ups and downs and what is goin’ on in your life and that is truely touching. Many of us only dream of being in the movies and I know it’s just a job but, I guess it is like being a mayor and daydreaming of what it would be like to be president…and talking to you, you make it seem just so ordinary , you encourage everyone to shoot high and do what they are passionate about, I will say, because of you, I picked up my paint brushes again after throwing them down because nobody cared to see my artwork …then I read a few of your post and was like, she is right, everyone should do what they are passionate about. So, I don’t care if anyone ever see’s a single painting I do, I just like doin’ them. OMG, I have rambled on quite a bit, I do apologize. When I get goin’ I lose sight of my original point, lmao. I can’t wait to see your music videos ! The choreography part is what I am interested in seeing, I love that as much as the music but, it is nice to see how other people show their feelings to a song through movement…adds to the song I think. I still can’t hear Rhianna’s Pon De Replay without doin’ the dance in the video, lol. Well, all the best and many blessings! Glad everything worked out with Tunecore.

And although I have not had the pleasure of meeting you, I’m really glad you came up with this website and and every other thing you’ve been doing, like your art, music, etc,etc, and sharing that with us. The book sounds like it would be great! I was just wondering, if you are still going ahead with the possibility of coming out with a signature scent? I seem to remember something about that on twitter some months ago-
anyway, glad to hear all is well, and since I don’t think I ever thanked you I wanted to also say thanks for making autographs available on here! I bought an 8×10 and it just made my day when it arrived in the mail.

That is why I’ve said it before and I will say it again, you are a very beautiful, very down to earth, very talented person. That is why you will always be my favorite to follow on twitter! I always look forward to reading your tweets and it is always exciting to me when you take the time to respond. The one that meant the most to me though was when I told you that Halloween was my 6 years wedding anniversary and you congratulated my wife and I, that meant so very much. I also still wish that someday I can buy you a cup of coffee and sit and chat about everything, but alas, I highly doubt we will ever cross paths where I live on the other side of the country…lol. Even though I can wish, I will continue to follow you on Twitter and sometimes even send korny comments back. I look forward to the release of more wonderful music and the book or books! It is unique that you communicate directly with fans now because its true very few celebrities do that.The book sounds cool and maybe when its finished you will sell autographed copies on here ? How will we be able to see the music video for “stormwinds” will it be on youtube?
