Move up to "Settings",
and then to "Control Panel".
Click on "Control Panel" to get something like this.

Now double-click on "Mouse".
Click
on the "Pointers" tab.
"Mouse Properties"
Click the "Browse" button.
Find a
cursor file (.CUR or .ANI) that you'd like to use.
"Browse" Dialog Box
Click once to highlight the cursor file you like, then click "Open", or you can just double-click the file.
This takes you back to "Mouse Properties".
Click "OK" to apply your choice and close the "Mouse
Properties" dialog box, or click "Apply" to apply your choice and keep the
dialog box open so that you can change other cursors.
